1. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees
All subscription fees paid to The Art of Living Matrimony are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription plan is activated and access to platform features is granted, no refund — full or partial — shall be provided under any circumstances, except as specified in Clause 3 below.
2. Deemed Acceptance of Service
Activation of a subscription plan and commencement of use of any platform feature shall constitute conclusive acceptance by the member that the contracted service has been received. Dissatisfaction with matrimonial outcomes — including non-response from other members, incompatibility of displayed profiles, or failure to find a suitable match — does not entitle the member to a cancellation or refund, as such outcomes are beyond the Platform's control and were not guaranteed at the time of subscription.
3. Limited Exception — Technical Failure and Billing Error Only
A refund or pro-rata credit may be considered solely at the Platform's discretion, and only in the following exceptional circumstances:
All such requests must be raised within 2 days of the triggering event through the Platform's official Grievance Mechanism at [email protected]. Refund decisions under this clause are final and at the Platform's sole discretion.
4. No Cancellation Mid-Subscription
Members may not cancel their subscription mid-term for a refund. The subscription shall remain active for the full subscribed period regardless of usage frequency or satisfaction with outcomes.
5. Plan Upgrades
Fees paid for a lower-tier plan shall not be credited or adjusted against a higher-tier plan upgrade. Upgrade fees, if applicable, are charged separately and are also non-refundable.
6. Governing Policy
This Refund Policy forms part of The Art of Living Matrimony's Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction therewith. By completing payment for any subscription plan, the member confirms having read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.
